UNHAS Jetty (GGI SCUBA Documentation)

    Open Water Class Dive Training affiliated with ADS International was attended by two participants, one from the Animal Science Biology Study Program Master's Student Named Moh. Resa Sese (M) and a representative from UNHAS SAR (Search and Rescue) named Darul Himah (F). The Dive Instructor for this Training is Mudasir Zainuddin S.Si., M.Si. from ADS International. The diving training is carried out in three sessions, namely class sessions, pool sessions, and sea sessions.

Class Session on the Garasi Bincang Coffe (GGI SCUBA Documentation)

    This class session aims to provide knowledge related to the world of diving for students. The theory given is divided into 5 chapters which relate to the history of diving, swimming, snorkeling, diving equipment, diving physics, diving diseases, and diving techniques. Class sessions are held in the classroom located in Garasi Bincang coffee

Pool  Session at The Tirta Lontara Makassar Pool (GGI SCUBA Documentation)

    Pool sessions are also known as closed water sessions, where in this session participants are taught good swimming techniques, equipment installation, snorkeling, equalization, mask clearing, regulator recovery, fin pivot, neutral buoyancy, fins swimming, and several other techniques. The swimming session took place at the Tirta Lontara Makassar Pool.

Sea Seassion in Under Jetty Barrang Lompo Island (GGI SCUBA Documentation)

Sea Sessions also known as open water sessions are carried out at sea or on an island. This session aims to familiarize participants with applying all the skills taught in the previous session to actual conditions in the sea. This session was carried out on Barrang Lompo Island with a minimum of 4 times divers or 4 log dives.

    Participants are declared to have passed if they pass or achieve a score of 75% from each session and are declared fit to be a diver.
